Playlist Page Guide
This guide explains the sections and controls on generated playlist pages.
Playlist page sections
- Header navigation: The header navigation links move between playlists and provide access to Jump to Playlist plus First Page/Next/Previous/Last Page links.
- Playlist summary: The playlist summary introduces the collection, description, and overall counts before you start filtering.
- Video filters: The video filters card controls search, sort order, duration bounds, drawers, and saved views for the current playlist, including publication date and time filters and the tag tools.
- Share: The Share panel includes the Copy URL button, and a status message reveals that URL after you copy it.
- Video list: The video list shows each card with metadata, tags, playback actions, lock/hide actions, and the Metada button entry point.
- Playback: Playback controls open the current filtered view or a temporary untitled YouTube playlist on page or on YouTube.
- Report video: The report dialog collects quality, moderation, and availability feedback for a selected video.
- Pagination: Pagination utilities use separate utility cards to control videos per page and the current page through the filtered video list.
- Settings: Settings control theme, contrast, text size, density, thumbnail size, spacing, storage, state sharing, and thumbnail behavior.
How to use the playlist page
Use the video filters card to search the current playlist results, followed by Duration, Order, and Sort controls before opening the filter drawers.
Use the channel drawer, the language chooser dialog with selected-language rows, publication date and time filters, and the multi-select tag chooser dialog with selected-tag rows, Match any tag mode, Choose tags plus Clear tags, and the selected-tags overflow dialog to build a filtered current view.
Use the playback section to open the current view or full playlist on page or on YouTube.
Use the Metada button on a video card when you need Video Metada. The Data View is generated client-side inside the playlist page, and the same area includes Data Views, JSON download, and Go Up.
Use Report video to submit configured moderation or quality feedback for a specific video.
Use pagination controls to move through filtered videos and adjust videos per page.
Use Settings to adjust appearance, density, thumbnail size, spacing, storage, and privacy-related behavior for the generated site.
Example scenarios

- Sort by video length when you want shorter or longer videos first.
- Filter by channel when you only want videos from a few publishers.
- Filter by language when the playlist mixes more than one language.
- Use the tag drawer when you want to match videos by one or more tags.
- Use day, month, or year filters to focus on a time slice of the playlist.
- Lock videos before hiding unlocked items to keep a smaller working set on screen.
- Use Start here to open playback beginning at a specific video.
- When you want to share the filtered result, use Copy URL after you have opened the relevant filters or Data Views.
